Individual Therapy

It's ok to not be ok! In life, there are times when we need extra support and guidance. You will learn coping strategies, relaxation techniques, stress management, and effective decision making skills. Therapy is interactive because happiness takes work!

Family Therapy

Therapeutic services are available for children over the age of five. For younger children, play therapy is utilized. It is mandatory that caregivers are a part of treatment. The therapist will work with the child(ren) and caregiver(s) individually and together to help restore positive family dynamics.

Career Coaching

Life is full of twists and turns. Career coaching clients will complete a personality inventory to see what careers compliment their personality traits. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor, Americans will have an average of 12 jobs within their lifetime. Let's figure out what's next for you!
