What To Expect At Your Visit

This is not TV! No couch for you to lay on or therapist doodling on a notepad! My approach is a bit unconventional. I incorporate humor and therapeutic activities. The session will be via video or audio chat for approximately 50 minutes. The first session is dedicated to completing administrative paperwork and getting to know one another, so anticipate the session lasting almost 2hrs. I promise it will go by fast!
